Shipping & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Anime in Action! We are committed to delivering your favorite anime merchandise to you in a timely and secure manner. Please read our policies carefully to understand how we handle shipping and exchanges.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. This is the time we take to prepare your order for dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹80 is applicable to all orders.

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹799 or more.

  • Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 7- 9  business days to be delivered. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us via email and WhatsApp, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Exchange Policy

Important: Please read this section carefully. We do not offer returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges for products that are delivered in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item was sent.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will only be provided in the following cases:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.

  • You received an item different from what you ordered.

You must report the issue to us within 2-3 days of receiving the parcel.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Proof

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof. The video is a mandatory requirement to process any exchange request.

The unboxing video must clearly show the following without any pauses or cuts:

  • Start of Video: The unopened parcel with the shipping label and invoice details clearly visible.

  • Box Condition: Show all four sides of the box to verify that it has not been tampered with.

  • Unboxing: The process of opening the parcel.

  • The Defect: Clearly showcase the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received.

A video that has been cut, edited, or does not clearly show all the above points will not be accepted, and the exchange request will be denied.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Record the mandatory unboxing video as per the instructions above.

  2. Send the video proof to our official WhatsApp number +91-95990-77322.

  3. Our support team will review the video proof. If the claim is verified, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to guide you through the exchange process.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchange

If your exchange request is approved based on the video proof, Anime in Action will cover all shipping costs associated with picking up the damaged/incorrect item and delivering the new replacement product to you.
